The staff, especially the member from Slovakia, were kind and helpful, especially for guests who may not speak German or English well. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh pastries, jams, and a choice of sweet or savory dishes. The staff even offered to make scrambled eggs or boiled eggs to order. it was a great place to stay, with a family-friendly atmosphere and the option for free baby cots.
